Avenrox LTD is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays and Delivery Issues
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Avenrox LTD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact us for assistance.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@avenrox.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.
